Fotobau Server
The Fotobau server enables the central and simple management of the photos.
On the FotoBau homepage, planners or supervisors can view the photos in different ways. It is possible to view them by map, by list, by construction site, by photographer or in relation to the items of a bill of quantities!
In the detailed view of a photo, entered attributes such as date taken, person who took the photo, construction phase, address and description are displayed. For post-processing in the office, individual attributes - such as the description - can be adjusted. We use a cryptographic key to ensure the reliability of the captured data.
You can freely search for photos in an area via the map.
Filtering
The flexible filtering of photos, offered via each entry point to the photos, allows you to adapt FotoBau to your workflows in the best possible way.
Photo check
Using the check function and the assignment to items of a bill of quantities, you can mark photos that have already been checked and thus keep an overview of the large number of photos entered.
Enquiries about photos
Simple communication with the photographer is possible via queries.
Photo Download
The photo download allows you to save the photos – together with a CSV file of the attributes of the photos (e.g. according to the atene KOM specifications) – locally on your computer.
